Donor Relations Coordinator Needed for Youth Futures

 

Job Description
We are looking for an outstanding Donor Relations Manager to join the Youth Futures team! Youth Futures is a subsidiary of The Jewish Agency for Israel, and this role involves managing work processes and ongoing activities to strengthen relationships with Jewish federations, foundations, organizations, and private donors. The manager will also be responsible for establishing direct contact with donors, preparing written materials, coordinating processes to develop connections with Jewish communities, organizing delegation visits, working with the mission team, and entering data into CRM systems.

Job Requirements
* Bachelor’s degree – required
* Native-level English (both written and spoken) and high-level Hebrew – required
* Experience in fundraising and managing donor relations – preferred
* Familiarity with the world of Jewish philanthropy – significant advantage
* Experience in managing tasks and activities in a matrix structure – preferred
* Creativity, high organizational skills, and the ability to work independently
* Ability to work under pressure, as part of a team, and with excellent interpersonal skills
* Driver's license – required
