Alumni Community

Youth Futures Alumni Community – “From Beneficiary to Community Resource”

Over the past decade, approximately 18,800 youth from all sectors of Israeli society have successfully completed the Youth Futures program process and joined the program’s alumni network. Alumni of all ages report a strong sense of self-efficacy and improvement across the five life domains addressed by the program. Long-term evaluation and measurement processes indicate that Alumni integrate successfully into normative educational frameworks and report zero dropout rates from the education system. Alumni are actively involved in volunteer initiatives within their communities and demonstrate high motivation for meaningful military and civilian service.

At Youth Futures, we believe in the ability of program Alumni to lead and serve as proactive community resources. Accordingly, we have begun forming Youth Futures Alumni Communities, currently operating in three localities. Alumni work collectively to improve society in their surroundings, guided by Youth Futures values, serving as ambassadors of the organization for the benefit of their communities and their own personal development. Together, these Alumni will form a nationwide community united by a shared social identity.
